Georges Hébert developed Méthode Naturelle in the wild, and it still affects ADD/Parkour nowadays. The forests of Sarcelles is also an originating spot for ADD. Rural training is important in training and it allows you a balanced advancement.
Rural training can allow a balanced development, while encourage the four dimensional vision correlation between men and the environment (B.Giges & E. Rosenfeld).
First it’s the release of one’s potential: as participants dig deep into themselves, they can discover their life qualities they have never noticed before. Second is that it can enhance relationships: Training makes participants establish a connection, and in the process develop abilities in confronting difficulties, while handling risk and stress.
To each individual, the training can deepen one’s self-knowledge: Rural training is a journey in exploring oneself, allowing participants to reflect on themselves. When they have proper expectations of themselves, they can accepts more of themselves and give more respect for others. Finally the training teaches the message of respecting the environment: Rural training helps us understand life as a gift and nature is a treasure by itself. We can re-learn how to appreciate life, and grow love, respect and appreciation towards nature.
Rural training camps and corporate training could also be held as a joint venture by the HKPA and the Wildway Adventure, where the camps would mainly provides an experience. It could transform life with the help of ADD/Parkour, allowing participants to start their own steps in all-round development.
The HKPA would hold the above-mentioned sessions or training irregularly. Participants of rural parkour training have to first complete the Introductory workshop and is at least 17 years of age. Would those who are interested please take note of our schedule. We would also accept applications from groups to hold their own workshop, where another time and venue could be arranged. Non-profit organizations could receive a discount.
